To purchase goods via the Epona.tv website, customers must be at least 18 years old. Prices shown include tax but do not include shipping costs. Expected delivery time is two to three weeks from publication date or purchase date, whichever is later. Some shipping destinations may experience longer delivery times.

Returns policy

Non-personalised goods are covered by a 14 days right of return policy. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items. All sales of personalised goods are final with no right of return.
