Pasture management traditionally involves tractors, fertiliser, poo picking and fence mending. But for Dr. Carol Michael it's more like gardening. Horse super food plants need time and light to grow and reseed. Certain plants have to be cut back. Others have to be coaxed to spread. In this feature, Dr. Michael walks us through her horse habitat which looks nothing at all like a flat field of grass.
